We are very pleased to announce that Paint and Create With Sam will present a Teen Kumihimo Japanese Braiding class at the New Carlisle Public Library on Wednesday, March 16, from 6-8 p.m. This class is free for teens in grades 4-12, but you must pre-register by emailing readingisimportant@gmail.com. You will receive a reply email.

If the weather's nice, join us at the Smith Park Playground for Books & Bubbles.
Listen to a story, dance (or sing) to a song, then play on the playground & in the bubbles.

Wednesday, March 2:  Build your fort anytime between Noon-5 p.m.
Bring blankets, sheets or towels and build a family reading fort somewhere in the Children's Library. If you stay & read for at least half an hour, we will enter you into a drawing for a basket of Dr. Seuss books.
