Come to the library and find the wrapped books on the shelf upstairs. They are wrapped so you can't see what the titles are. Pick one. Check it out and read it. On the tag that is on the front put your name and phone number on one side and a one word or short sentence review on the back (Wow, just what I needed to read! Would NEVER try this author again!) Turn in the tag to be entered in a drawing for a $50 gift card from Amazon or a BluRay player!

Beyblade Club 
Beybladers unite! Join your friends at the library for an after-school Beyblade Club.  Beyblade is a competitive game where spinning tops are launched into a stadium and clash until one is either left in the stadium or spins the longest. This game involves strategy, physics, good sportsmanship, and fun! Kids are encouraged to bring their own beyblades and stadiums. The library will have a limited number of beyblades to share.  The library is not responsible for lost or stolen beyblades.  

The super-cool "Reading Dogs" will be visiting the New Carlisle Public Library again on Thursday, January 16 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Stop by to read them a story or just to pamper them with hugs and pats. Our thanks to Ms. Karen Loar and her friends at Best Friends Pet Assisted Therapy.

Music & Movement Storytime - Five Week Class Session
Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m.
Enjoy stories, songs, movement & dancing, scarves, felt boards, finger plays, musical instruments, a simple art activity, and, sometimes, parachute play!  
Designed for children 3-8, but all are welcome.
We will meet January 15, 22, 29 and February 5, 12, 2020
