The Friends of the New Carlisle Public Library are hosting a June Raffle. It will run the entire month of June with drawings held on July 1st. Tickets will still be $1 per ticket or 6 tickets for $5. You may purchase at the library or from Friends members.

In observance of Independence Day, the New Carlisle Library will be closed on Monday, July 5.  

The library will open on Tuesday, July 6, at 9:30 a.m.

Thanks to a partnership with Children's Hunger Alliance, children age 18 and younger can stop by the New Carlisle Public Library this Friday, July 9, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. for two shelf-stable lunches and two shelf-stable breakfasts, while supplies last. Please bring a bag to transport your weekend meals.

Outdoor Garden Storytime with Beth!

COME JOIN US at garden storytimes!  Age appropriate stories are read to children sitting on a blanket beside the garden (or on the library's front patio).  An activity in the garden is completed after the story.

There are two separate age groups:  toddlers and preschool up to kindergarten (young children) and those going into first grade and above (school age).  Teenagers are welcome to help with both groups.  You do not have to sign up for the garden program, just show up.
