Watch this virtual program: https://youtu.be/ASOTAAa02G4
No, bats DO NOT want to suck your blood! They actually do a lot of good for us and are very cool. Bats are the only flying mammal in the world! They have other amazing features as well. Listen to a story and learn some cool facts about bats. Program presented by Ms. Donna Lewis, Naturalist for the Clark County Park District.
Watch this video for a SECRET WORD that you can enter into the Pumpkin Puzzler on Beanstack for 7 golden tickets! Make sure to type it in using all lowercase letters.
The video for this virtual program will be posted here and on the library's Facebook page on Wednesday, October 7th at 1:00 p.m. At 3 p.m. on the same day, we will also post a video for Creepy Crafts with Bailey, Make a Creepy Bat. If you'd like to make Bailey's project at home,, you will need a toilet paper roll, black marker, googly eyes, black paper, scissors and tape, or glue.
Our thanks to Ms. Donna Lewis, Naturalist with the Friends of the Clark County Park District!
