Join us at the library for a Children's Program during a Parenting Class by FYI (Family and Youth Initiatives) of New Carlisle!

Guiding Good Choices will cover topics like:

Importance of Family Meetings
Specific actions that promote healthy development
Strategies to build family connections

Go on a scavenger hunt for shamrocks to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Learn some fun facts about the shamrock.
Play a game and make a little leprechaun home to take with you!

Yes, March 5 IS National Cheese Doodle Day, nationwide! Cheese doodles are snack foods made with cornmeal that has been puffed, baked, and coated with cheddar cheese.

To celebrate, we will provide a variety of puffed and crunchy cheese flavors and brands for teens to taste and rate. Expect to leave the library with orange hands.

Developmental Screenings 

Staff from the Clark County Early Intervention program will be here at the library on Tuesday, March 5 at 10:30 a.m. offering free developmental screenings.  They will also be available to answer questions about child development for children ranging in age from birth to three years.  Stop by:  no appointment is necessary for this free service.
