If you missed the first showing last year...or just want to see it again...come on in!

We will be showing the 1937 New Carlisle film and enjoy fresh popcorn. Five years ago we came across the original 16mm reels of the 1937 New Carlisle film. We was fortunate enough that they were not completely destroyed. Curtis Media Transfer from Huber Heights was able to repair and enhance the film to it best possible quality. The New Carlisle Historical Society has them for sale for $10. Everyone is welcome to come to view this film that shows many of the businesses at the time and a special look at the old High School that was located on Madison Street.

It is spring! All around the forest, in backyards and sometimes even in our homes, the animals are nesting.

The super-cool "Reading Dogs" will be visiting the New Carlisle Public Library again on Thursday, April 25 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Stop by to read them a story or just to pamper them with hugs and pats. Our thanks to Ms. Karen Loar and her friends at Best Friends Pet Assisted Therapy.
