Winter Chill got you down? Warm up with a good book! Our library challenges the young people in New Carlisle to read this winter. From Dec. 23-Jan. 31, New Carlisle Public Library is here to reward your reading over Winter Break and into the New Year! We challenge you to read and log at least 300 minutes (5 hrs) during this challenge. You will earn 2 raffle tickets for each 30 minutes you read to enter for prizes. Everyone who registers gets a sticker and everyone who completes the challenge earns a Penguin Plush and a free book!

Mobile Hotspots

Mobile Hotspots

The New Carlisle Public Library now circulates mobile hotspots to patrons 18 years of age and older, with an active library card and a photo ID. Mobile hotspots are perfect for students, families, entrepreneurs, or anyone else who might need a wireless internet connection when on vacation, outdoors, on the move, or while home internet is down. We are able to bring you this service thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the New Carlisle Public Library.
