There's a 120 mile long strand of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina called the Outer Banks (OBX).  Lots less commercialized than Myrtle Beach, these islands can take you back in time.  Patty loved visiting and then decided to live there for two years.  Here's the Outer Banks through her eyes!

Come learn about the islands, the locals, the lighthouses, and the sea turtles (which she worked to rescue.)
